DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking, along with a $200 damage deposit due upon arrival. The damage deposit will be returned to you at checkout when approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have confirmed a booking, you have 48 hours to cancel, without a charge being incurred. After 48 hours, if you cancel your booking up to 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
